With more than 20 years of experience spanning hospitality leadership, consulting, and higher education, Maria equips executives and organizations to lead with confidence in high visibility environments. She prepares leaders for media appearances, refines strategic messaging across diverse markets, and strengthens how leadership teams represent themselves and their brands on a global stage.

Born in the Washington, D.C. area and raised between Ecuador and the United States, Maria brings a global lens to leadership representation and cross cultural positioning, understanding that how leaders show up directly influences how they are perceived, trusted, and followed.

 

She is also the author of Don’t Let Anyone Dim Your Light: The Daily Reminder You Need, a reflection on confidence, authenticity, and purpose driven leadership that reinforces her belief that true influence begins from within.
